Orchestrated a cross-functional digital transformation to unify four fragmented customer ecosystems across 12+ legacy systems. By balancing user autonomy with business growth, the strategy achieved a consistent customer experience and stabilized the marketable audience base.

Spearheaded the expansion of our One Click product to the mobile app amid complex business constraints. By establishing core principles such as in-placement resolution and real-time synchronization, was able to drive significant business value and streamline millions of customer task completion events.

Standardization & customer insights

To solve for the lack of actionable customer feedback across the high-volume email channel, I led a redesign an Enterprise-wide standardization of a customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey. Insights have been used to strategically improve message targeting and relevancy.
